Adam first started his fitness training through learning martial arts, and after dedicating himself for 18 months and attaining a blue belt, he decided to extend his fitness knowledge and become a personal trainer.

In his sessions Adam takes a holistic approach, incorporating mindset and self growth to motivate his clients to become stronger, mentally as well as physically. Adam enjoys combining bodyweight training with weight training to achieve a high level of strength to bodyweight, whilst working core strength and toning.

Great gym! The staff are so friendly and nice and don't make you feel you shouldn't be there if you're not super fit! It's always clean and tidy and the changing rooms and showers are big enough and always spotless!
