Circuit training is a form of body conditioning and resistance training that targets strength building and muscular endurance. It’s an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.

A circuits class comprises several stations of various exercises with rest periods between each station. With having the choice of easy, medium and hard variations of the exercises, this class will be suitable for most.
