Express Circuit Training
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics exercises that target strength building and muscular endurance.

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve not only mobility, but strength and stamina.

The circuit training usually comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another supported by short rest periods, each full circuit is then supported by a longer rest period before continuing with the program.

The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary from two to six depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), your period of training (preparation or competition) and your training objective.

You may be aware that each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise, which provides the body burn and improvements.

The Avatar Fitness program has been designed to provide you with a huge choice of classes from Express Circuit Training, Abs Blast and Gym Classes to Lift & Lose plus Kettlebells. You will find that the classes provide a great way to get a training session in at the start of your day so you don’t have to worry about it later!!

Martial Arts and Practical Self Defense:
Learn effective Martial Arts Practical Self Defense techniques while getting a GREAT workout. Learn to defend yourself against an attacker.

Kickboxing Classes:
Kickboxing a development of mixed martial arts which is based around kicking and punching historically developed from Karate and Muay Thai.

ABS Blast:
Abs Blast – A workout designed by a former marine, train hard keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Are you doing hundreds of sit ups OR crunches every day, but still don’t have a ripped six-pack?
