Spin is a low-impact exercise class that is easy on the joints. Like running, spinning is a great cardiovascular workout. Although a high intense class, due to the changeable resistance on the bikes, you can vary the level and therefore it's a class most people can do. We run our spin classes in a darkened room with cool lighting and pumping tunes to enhance the experience!
