Metafit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that first appeared in 2010. The program was created by a Royal Marine Commando in a bid to make HIIT more efficient and effective. It’s designed to set your metabolism on fire and burn a high amount of calories in a short period of time. Expect a high-intense workout!
