Yoga takes a holistic approach to improving your fitness. Expect lots of stretching and balancing movements during a typical class. By doing Yoga classes on a regular basis you will notice a dramatic improvement in your mental and physical well-being. The classes are suitable for beginners as instructors will always provide modified options on each exercise.
