A circuit based class that really focusses on build high levels of strength and cardio. Exercises will be set out in stations in a circuit format. Incorporating endurance, resistance and high intensity aerobic exercises. A variety of equipment is used to achieve a great full body workout. Ideal if you’re into Hyrox and cross fit training.
